Your weekly discoveries.
In the app you listen with.
Spotify's best finds vanish after seven days. Every Monday and Friday, Sync My Tunes copies Discover Weekly and Release Radar into playlists in your Apple Music library. It runs on your own device, and it never changes anything on Spotify.

How it works
1.Connect
Download Sync My Tunes, open it, and sign in to Spotify and Apple Music once. Your sign-ins stay on your device, encrypted; nothing is sent anywhere else.
2.Choose
Paste the links to your Discover Weekly and Release Radar, then let the app create a new Apple Music playlist for each (or pick one you already have).
3.Sync
Run it now, or let it run every Monday and Friday morning. Each run fills the playlist with that week's tracks and leaves you a short report.
Good to know
Each sync replaces the playlist's tracks with the new week's, so keep anything you love somewhere else. Only exact matches are copied; anything doubtful is skipped and listed. And if your device is off at the scheduled time, the missed sync runs once when it's back, never twice.
You'll need: a Spotify account (free or Premium), an Apple Music subscription, and a Mac or Windows PC that's switched on at some point each week.

Questions
What do I need?
A Spotify account (free or Premium) with Discover Weekly and Release Radar, an Apple Music subscription, and a Mac (macOS 13 Ventura or later) or a Windows 10 or 11 PC.
How does it work?
Sync My Tunes runs on your own computer. Each Monday it copies your Discover Weekly into a playlist in your Apple Music library, and each Friday it does the same for Release Radar. The playlist then shows up on your iPhone, iPad and anywhere else you use Apple Music.
Does my computer need to be on?
Only at some point in the week. If it's off or asleep at sync time, Sync My Tunes catches up within a minute of the computer being back on. It starts by itself when you log in and sits quietly in your menu bar (Mac) or system tray (Windows).
Is it safe to sign in?
Yes. You sign in on Spotify's and Apple's own pages, so your passwords go to them, not to us. Sync My Tunes keeps your sign-ins encrypted on your computer and never sends them anywhere else. There's no account with us.
Why do I sign in to Apple Music again?
Sync My Tunes adds songs through Apple Music on the web, so it needs its own sign-in. Apple may show a "new sign-in" notice on your other devices when you do. Now and then Spotify or Apple may ask you to sign in again; the app tells you when that's needed.
Will it change my Spotify playlists?
No. Sync My Tunes only reads from Spotify. Your Spotify account stays exactly as it is.
Which Apple Music playlist does it fill?
During setup you can let Sync My Tunes create a new playlist for each one (recommended), or pick one you already have. Each sync replaces that playlist's songs with the new week's, so save any songs you want to keep to another playlist.
What happens to songs it can't match?
They're skipped and listed in the app with a reason, like "only a live version is on Apple Music" or "not in your country's store". Sync My Tunes would rather leave a gap than add the wrong version to your library.
Why does my Mac or PC show a security warning?
The first time you open the app, macOS asks you to confirm it in System Settings, and Windows may show a blue "protected your PC" screen. The install guide walks you through it; it only takes a moment and only happens once.
How many computers can I use it on?
One licence covers up to 5 of your own computers, Mac or Windows. It's a one-time purchase with free updates.
How do updates work?
When a new version is out, the app tells you. Download it from your thank-you page (or the link in your licence email) and install it over the old one. Your settings and sign-ins are kept.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Email [email protected]. In the app, Settings & support has an Email support button that includes the details we need. If we can't fix it, you can have a full refund within 14 days; see the refund policy.
How do I uninstall it?
Quit it from the menu bar or system tray. On a Mac, drag Sync My Tunes from Applications to the Bin. On Windows, go to Settings → Apps → Sync My Tunes → Uninstall.
